A note about wind hazard:
The dataset of wind zones for Upper Hutt is indicative only, and has not recently received an update or review. Therefore, independent assessments are highly suggested by our building team, as every site is different.
We do not display this dataset in our public map viewers such as Xplorer or our Natural Hazards Map. However, a map of wind zones for Upper Hutt is available for download via the link below:

Map Gallery
Upper Hutt City Council maintains a collection of user-friendly Online Maps and Apps that are available to the general public. These maps are stored in a Map Gallery and include the Xplorer Viewer, PC50 Draft Zoning and Engagement, an Arts and Heritage Tour and much more.
There are several Maps and Apps currently being developed including a Tracks Viewer and a Community Map. These will be added to the Map Gallery as they are published.
