We would like to remind everyone that the Maoribank Boardwalk track remains closed to the public since 19 September. It is unsafe to use, as material is still falling. We have put barriers across and urge members of our community not to cross those barriers for their own safety.We are working with the engineers to assess the damage.

The Council meeting planned for Wednesday 26 June to adopt Long Term Plan (LTP) 2024 - 2034 has been rescheduled as an Extraordinary Council meeting on Thursday 27 June at 1pm.
The final LTP audit process has taken longer than expected.
This is due to a significant amount of additional work resulting from the complexity of the current compliance and operating environment we are working.
Consequently, additional time has also been required to complete the adoption meeting agenda.
