Council-controlled organisations (CCOs)

Upper Hutt City Council has three council-controlled organisations (CCOs).

CCOs are organisations in which the council has the responsibility to appoint at least 50 percent of the board of directors or trustees.

These organisations independently manage Council facilities and deliver services and activities to Upper Hutt residents and visitors.
