Annual Plan
Every three years Upper Hutt City Council produces a Long Term Plan (LTP) setting out the projects, activities and services that we will invest in and develop over a ten year period. The Long Term Plan incorporates the Annual Plan for that year. In the intervening years, an Annual Plan is produced on its own.
Annual Plan 2024 – 2025
The Annual Plan 2024 – 2025 was adopted on 27 June 2024 as part of the Long Term Plan 2024 – 2034, which takes effect from 1 July 2024. This document is available from our Long Term Plan page.
Annual Report
The Annual Report is a document Council produces each year outlining our achievements and accountability to the community for decisions made throughout the year. As well as highlights from the past year, the report includes performance measures and financial information.
Having completed the 2023 – 2024 year, we are now in the process of preparing the Annual Report 2023 – 2024. Were expecting to adopt the report in late October and make it available in November 2024.
We adopted the Annual Report 2022 – 2023(PDF, 5MB) on 31 October 2023.
